If you have not received your download information by e-mail, please go to the log-in page on our site. Once you log-in, you will be able to view your purchase and download it from that page.
When you receive your embroidery files, you will first need to unzip them before you will be able to use them. On a Windows machine, use WinZip to unzip your file. If you don't have WinZip, you may want to check out a free program called 7-zip: http://www.7-zip.org. On a Mac, simply double click on the zipped file to unzip.
